About Bill

I am a Batesvill Arkansas native. My wife, Hayes, and I decided to make this town our permanent home in 1994. We have never looked back. I began my career in Real Estate as an agent for The Property Shoppe in 2000 and purchased the business in 2006. In 2022 we became Weichert REALTORS - The Property Shoppe, to provide deeper resources for our clients.

I have seen fast and slow markets. One thing remains constant, this area is a precious resource and generally sells itself. The joy of this job is to assist clients with a very personal purchase. I am grateful to be a part of such an important process. Any assistance I can provide is another chance to promote our community.

Aside from family and work, I prioritize, church, Lyon College, Main Street Batesville, Arkansas REALTORS Association, and many other local organizations by spending time and resources on their growth and missions.
